aconstantcanvasxx: This is going to be my test.  I have used the Hard Candy matte coating before.  It’s pretty good, but I was curious to see if the NYC one is better.  I’ll post pictures of both at some point and see how they turn out! I heard good things about the Hard Candy mattifying polish. Haven’t gotten my hands on NYC’s Matte Me Crazy yet! New York Color is my favorite cheap polish.
